Privacy Policy
1.1 — Data Controller. NexoriaPixelHouse ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Avenida dos Bombeiros Voluntários 32, 2350-406 Torres Novas, Portugal, is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
1.2 — Data We Collect. We collect the following categories of personal data when you interact with our services: (a) identification data (name, email address, phone number); (b) project-related data (business details, project briefs, deliverable specifications); (c) technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, cookies); (d) payment data (processed through our payment processor — we do not store card details).
1.3 — Purpose of Processing. Your data is processed exclusively for: (a) executing the copywriting and marketing services you have engaged; (b) communicating project updates, timelines, and deliverables; (c) invoicing and payment processing; (d) legal compliance obligations; (e) improving our service quality through anonymized analytics.
1.4 — Legal Basis. Processing is grounded in: (a) contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to fulfill our service agreement; (b) legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — to improve our services; (c) consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
1.5 — Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 24 months for legal and accounting purposes. Technical logs are purged after 12 months. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
1.6 — Your Rights. Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
1.7 — Third-Party Transfers. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: (a) our payment processor (Stripe); (b) hosting and analytics providers operating under EU-approved data processing agreements; (c) government authorities when legally required.
1.8 — Data Security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and incident response protocols aligned with ISO 27001 principles.

Terms of Service
2.1 — Agreement. By engaging NexoriaPixelHouse for copywriting, marketing funnel, or related services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all service engagements unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
2.2 — Scope of Services. Services are defined in the project brief and proposal document provided before engagement commencement. Any modifications to scope must be agreed upon in writing. NexoriaPixelHouse reserves the right to adjust timelines for scope changes beyond the original brief.
2.3 — Payment Terms. (a) A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. (b) The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final deliverables. (c) Invoices are payable within 14 days. (d) Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. (e) All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.
2.4 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all final deliverables (copy, funnel designs, email sequences) are transferred to the Client. NexoriaPixelHouse retains the right to display anonymized case studies and portfolio examples unless the Client objects in writing.
2.5 — Revisions. Each service tier includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.
2.6 — Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement by 36 months.
2.7 — Limitation of Liability. NexoriaPixelHouse's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
2.8 — Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.
2.9 — Governing Law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Torres Novas, Portugal.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
4.1 — Refund Eligibility. NexoriaPixelHouse operates a milestone-based refund policy. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the project phase at the time of the request.
4.2 — Pre-Commencement Cancellation. If you cancel before work has commenced (i.e., before the project kickoff meeting), you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a €50 administrative fee.
4.3 — In-Progress Cancellation. If you cancel during an active project phase, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed within that phase. Any overpayment relative to completed milestones will be refunded within 14 business days.
4.4 — Deliverable Dissatisfaction. If the delivered copy or funnel does not meet the specifications outlined in the original project brief, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will: (a) perform a detailed review against the brief; (b) provide a remediation plan within 3 business days; (c) deliver corrections within the scope of the included revision rounds.
4.5 — Non-Refundable Items. The following are non-refundable: (a) completed and delivered copy that meets the agreed brief; (b) third-party tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf; (c) revision rounds exceeding the included allotment.
4.6 — Dispute Resolution. Refund disputes are handled through: (a) direct negotiation with our project lead; (b) if unresolved, mediation through an independent mediator in Torres Novas; (c) as a last resort, arbitration under Portuguese commercial law.
4.7 — Processing Time. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
